1 Independent applications
Applicants who wish to apply independently may visit the official China visa websites:

2 Business visa assistance
If you already have a supplier or business partner in China, we can help prepare and organize your documents professionally for submission to the Chinese Embassy.
If you do not have a supplier company in China, we can arrange a trusted supplier company that can provide:
- Invitation letter
- Business cooperation support
- Product sourcing assistance for import purposes
! Important travel requirement
For applicants receiving a business visa through our arranged supplier company:
- ✓ Your first entry into China must be in the specific city where your invitation letter was issued.
- ✓ For example, if you receive a one-year multiple-entry visa, your first arrival in China must be to the city connected to your invitation letter.
- ✓ Before traveling, you must send us your flight reservation details.
- ✓ You must visit the city where your supplier has invited you for business dealings.
- ✓ After your departure, you must provide your exit/travel proof.
These requirements are important for maintaining a proper business travel record.
3 Embassy fees & processing time
Embassy fees are paid by the applicant and may vary depending on:
- Nationality
- Visa category
- Individual case conditions
While arranging a supplier company and invitation letter, processing times may sometimes exceed normal expectations. In certain cases, it may take more than 3 weeks. Applicants are requested to remain patient during processing.
Payment policy
After confirmation of the deal
- 50% of the service fee must be paid in advance.
- Once documentation is completed, we will send you the required documents for printing and embassy submission.
- The remaining 50% payment must be paid after you successfully receive your visa.
Refund policy
If the visa application is rejected
- ✓ All service payments are refundable.
- ✓ Embassy fees and official government charges are non-refundable.
Alternative secure payment option
If you are not comfortable sending advance payment directly, you may use a trusted third-party money exchange office (“Saraf”) or escrow holder in your country.
- Your payment can remain blocked/held securely.
- Once your visa is issued successfully, the payment will be released to us.
- If the visa is rejected, your money remains safe and can be returned to you.
